Constructing Leaders is an end to end leadership and management training pathway designed specifically for the construction sector. Designed for those who are looking to lead a small team on a construction site – residential or commercial. This training introduces what it means to lead and manage in general, and then explores some of the unique challenges for leaders in a construction environment. Completing this course will provide you with the knowledge to implement good leadership and management practices to get the best from your team and still deliver good quality trade performance!
Level 2: Site Supervisor
Building on your experience leading a small team, the Site Supervisor training adds more complexity around leading multiple teams, where task and resource prioritisation, planning, negotiation and conflict resolution become as critical as hitting critical milestones for the builder. Graduates of this course will have the tools and knowledge to exceed expectations on site; have a healthy and productive workforce and positive relationships across the board.
Level 3: Project Manager
The peak level of training, this course culminates the leadership and management development pathway. At this level, understanding the leadership and management requiremnts to carry the business interests around compliance, profitability and business development. This course focusses on the strategic – both an elevated view of all site obligations and the need to build business resilience through pipeline opportunities. Graduates of this course will be the trusted lieutenants of business owners to drive business success.
