It’s a weird name, but I think it has a great back story. It’s all about tapping into the thing that drives your passion, or a promise of passion in what you do.
See, a song by Garth Brooks was all about passion and rage and tenderness and that was all from a painter who had a unique way of using red paint and limited brush strokes to create a sense of passion in her paintings.
And I wanted to create that same sense. I didn’t want to be just another consultant or contractor trotting out the tried and true methodologies from the MBA program they just completed. I wanted my difference to be the passion I bought to the opportunities. The unique way I look at problems and innovative ways to solve them. To not be constrained by other peoples boxes. To listen intently to the clients concerns or hopes ands vision and help them to deliver it.
One good thing about going out on your own is the ability to find the things you are good at, something you are passionate about and hopefully something that can make you money! The intersection of these three elements is where life is supposed to be good!
